Governance Fund is:

General meeting of members.

The supreme governing body of the Fund is the general meeting of members, headed by the President of the Fund.

General meeting of members shall meet at least once a year.

Council coordinators.

The permanent executive body of the Foundation  is the council coordinators, who is elected by the general meeting of participants in the amount of 5 (five) people on seven years.

Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board is a permanent supervisory body of the Fund, which constantly monitors the staffing and financial and economic performance of the fund in the period between general meetings of participants.

Audit Commission.

To oversee the financial and economic activities of the Fund was established audit committee, which is elected by the general meeting of participants from among participants in the Fund in the amount of three people on two years.
