Public organization "European fund of recreational, life science, environmental and humanitarian activities "Futurus XXI" (hereinafter the "Fund") is a local non-profit organization that is created on the basis of the free will of citizens who are united by common interests and engage socially - activity in the accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

The Fund was founded and operates on the basis of voluntariness and equality of its members, self-administration, legitimacy and publicity. The Fund is free to choose areas of its activities to achieve the statutory objectives.

Foundation is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is not profit.

The Foundation is governed by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On civil associations", other legislative acts and statutes.
